Shipping
We deliver all orders within the UK via Evri, Royal Mail and DPD. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, and for orders over £250, delivery is completely free.
For international orders to the EU and USA, all shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means that all customs duties and taxes are prepaid, so you won’t be asked to pay anything extra on delivery.
For international orders to all other countries, DDP is not available. Customers may be required to pay taxes or customs duties upon delivery. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Orders over £500 enjoy free international delivery.
For pre-orders, shipping at checkout does not include production time — estimated production times are indicated in the product description. Delivery for pre-orders is arranged separately once your item is ready.
Return
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us via contact@heracha.com before returning anything.
Returns within the UK or internationally are at the customer’s expense, except when the item is faulty or sent by mistake. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Return of Pre-Orders
For pre-orders, full payment is taken at the time of purchase. You may cancel a pre-order before it ships, but a partial refund will apply, covering the cost of materials and time spent creating your item.
Delivery and shipping for pre-orders are arranged separately once your item is ready, and estimated production times are clearly indicated in the product description.
