SHIPPING

Delivery of Orders:

  1. All orders will be delivered via Royal Mail courier service.
  2. After your registration and payment, we will contact you via email or phone to confirm your order details.

Delivery Charges:

  • Orders worth £250 or more: Free Delivery.
  • Orders worth less than £250: Delivery charges will apply. Payment will be collected upon receipt of the order directly by the delivery service.

  • Orders over £250: Free delivery, typically within 2-3 business days.
  • Orders under £250: Delivery charges depend on the chosen delivery service and the delivery address, with delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Items from the 'Preorder' Section:
  • Orders over £250: Free delivery, typically within 2-6 weeks (depending on the nature of the pre-order).
  • Orders under £250: Delivery charges apply, with delivery within 2-6 weeks.

RETURN POLICY


1. Return of Goods Available for Immediate Purchase (Buy Now Section):

  • Return Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Condition of Return: Goods must be returned in unused, undamaged condition with the packaging intact.
  • Refund Process: Upon receipt of the returned goods, the seller will verify the product's condition. If the product meets the return criteria, the buyer will receive a refund. Refunds will be processed after confirming the item has not been used.
  • Return Timeframe: The seller will review return requests within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. The decision will be made in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2. Return of Pre-Order Goods (Preorder Section):

  • Pre-Order Goods: Goods purchased through pre-order are made to order and cannot be returned.
  • Non-returnable Items: If the buyer was provided with full details of the product specifications during the pre-order process and the item meets quality standards, the buyer is not entitled to a return under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
